1. Professional Services
RealActa offers tailored transaction management services for property transfers, title review, compliance checks, scheduling of closings, and coordination among stakeholders. All service engagements are confirmed upon receipt of a signed engagement letter.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund due to staff coordination and resource allocation. In lieu of a refund, you may opt to reschedule the service to another date within six months of the original booking, subject to availability.
2. Digital Products
Our digital offerings include guides, templates, and instructional videos related to transaction workflows. Delivery occurs immediately via email or download link.
Cancellation and Refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been fully accessed or downloaded. Refund requests after 14 days are not eligible. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
3. Physical Goods
This category covers printed manuals, branded materials, and training kits. Items are shipped to the address provided at purchase.
Cancellation and Refund
You may ship back unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. A handling fee of 15% may apply. Refunds are issued within 15 business days after receipt of shipped goods to the original payment source.
4. Refund and Rescheduling Terms
All refunds are processed to the original payment instrument. Processing times vary by issuer. If you wish to postpone a scheduled service, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment. Rescheduling requests after the 48-hour window may incur additional fees or be subject to availability.
5. No-Refund Circumstances
Certain expedited services and customized deliverables require significant prework. Once work has commenced, those engagements are not eligible for a refund but may be adjusted or rescheduled upon mutual agreement.
